This portal allows you to submit your declaration and evidence documentation securely.

What You'll Need to Provide

Company Details - Business name, registration number, contact information
Public Liability Insurance Certificate - With expiry date
Employer's Liability Insurance Certificate - With expiry date
Goods in Transit Insurance Certificate - With expiry date
Operator License - With expiry date
Accreditations & Qualifications - Any relevant certifications (ADR, CPC, FORS, etc.)

Document Renewal & Notifications

You'll receive automatic reminders when your documents are approaching expiry (60, 30, and 7 days before). You can log in at any time to update individual certificates as they're renewed. All submissions require authorization from the appropriate company contact before becoming active.
